A mother's passport is not accepted. A CV, course papers, an expired license, a police letter, and a damaged card photo cannot be updated on this page. Use the application those files belong to.

It is available for an eligible existing application. If no eligible application is found, the page tells you so. Incomplete applications are updated from the incomplete form instead.

Follow these steps to upload your new Tour Guide profile picture: 1. Click your profile menu in the top-left corner. 2. Click Profile Photo. 3. Select the picture you want to use from your computer. 4. Click Upload to apply your new profile picture. Tip: Use a clear, square image (JPG or PNG) for the best result.
