   Log in with your approved holiday home operator credentials.

   Select eligible pre-approved unit

   Choose a pre-approved unit eligible for a new permit application.

   Complete permit form and documents

   Enter permit details and upload all required attachments.

4. 4

   Pay permit fees (if required)

   Complete online payment when the workflow requests fees.

5. 5

   SCTDA review and inspection

   SCTDA reviews the application and may schedule inspection.

6. 6

   Permit issued

   Receive the final decision and view or download the unit permit.
