   Select permit to renew

   Choose the holiday home unit permit that needs renewal.

   Complete renewal form and documents

   Confirm unit details and upload renewal supporting documents.

   Pay renewal fees (if required)

   Complete online payment when renewal fees are requested.

5. 5

   SCTDA review

   SCTDA reviews the renewal request and may request updates.

6. 6

   Permit renewed

   Receive the renewal decision and updated permit outcome.
